- Hectic months -

Indeed, it's a hectic month.... No no.. two months straight working daily without any off or leave that I would wanna apply, yet. I can't catch my breath even for the weekend. I always thought that on call for 24-7 is a good thing when we start working and all. When I thought about it like months ago, it depends whether we like to do the task or not.

For me, it was tremendously unexpected and things could go out of hand. We would expect the worst come next. Thus, I am not in peace. Haven had my good sleep for months. Even I was sick end of last month, I will always be haunted by the heavy and huge task piling up my cubicle. I would manage it like I usually do. Guess it's not the same anymore compare when I was still studying in Uni last time.

Yes, indeed again that freedom separate us apart. Nonetheless, I will always hope for the best and do whatever I can to cope up. Even though its coming to a year now, I simply couldn't get over my sleeping disorder. If you want to distribute more task, U would have to wait because I'm out of hand these two weeks. It's enough that typically, I'm working solo and it's all depend on myself last week. This week onwards, its another extreme hectic disorder that will stick with me.

*Scratching my head*

*pause long time before continue to write something while listening to songs*

*Still pondering what could have gone wrong*

*My USB port burn off, short circuit i presume*

*Can't do much on my PC now*

OK! Believe it or not, I'm so tired after receiving a message that would makes you furious till now. Screaming out would be a good idea. Two weeks ago, I was on my line doing some test and suddenly came a text message that would makes me go nuts till i loose my mind. Imagine you have been going through a very exhausted week, at the end of the day, it was just so furious that I really don't know how angry and furious expression is anymore. It was like something sharp and heavy suddenly hit on you and you FROZE!!! Big time. That's how i felt.

Exhausted, plus don't know how to get angry anymore. It's like no matter who's making me angry later, i really don't want to argue. Sometimes, I just stood still in the middle of the corridor, so long that I've lost track of the time. Now, I have come up with plans that will continue till the end of the year. Long one.

Am planning to attend the MPYO tours which will held in Kuching in 12 December at 8pm. Hopefully this will reattain back my sense. DECEMBER??? What about end of November?? no plans?? Let the day flow by itself. Won't do any drastic measurement.

Anyway, I hope none of my non-sense I have wrote de-motivate any of you. I need lights and sense of direction to proceed to my next steps.

Signing out...

Season Greetings from me~~

- Who wanna ride the "Next Plane Home" with me -

Daniel Powter - Next Plane Home

I woke up early to baby blue eyes from the afar whoah whoah
and when the sun comes through and lights you like the angel you are whoah whoah
I know I do you wrong when I’m with you I’ve been gone

With every season change, it looks the same (november to june) whoah whoah
And dont these empty streets skip a beat the flowers dont bloom whoah whoah

I can’t believe I missed your birthday again
and I wanna come back but I just don’t know when now

And I’m so lonely your not here with me
That’s why I’m gonna be on the next plane home

The road that never ends around the bend I see your smile whoah whoah
I’d swim across the sea to be with you for a while whoah whoah
cos I’m made a life would be gone
now the way that I feel I just don’t belong

And I’m so lonely you’re not here with me
thats why I’m gonna be on the next plane home
And you’re you’re the only face I wanna see
thats why I’m gonna be on the next plane home

Stand around try to make every moment
and be somebody yeah anybody
it seems the whole world is taking me over
I need somebody to help me get back to it

and I’ve always been a million miles away
but things are gonna change
I just wanna come home

And you’re you’re the only face I wanna see
thats why I gonna be on the next plane home
yeah I’m taking the next plane home
Now I’m getting the next plane home
Now I’m taking the next plane home

- Something's Approaching -

It was 2 days working and 3 days.... Yeah.. 3 days off last week. 1 day sick leave and 2 days training. The company sent me and others to the technical report writing talk. It was a two days full of knowledge and skill stuff into my head. One of them is the 'Power of Punctuation'. It was said that punctuation is one of the most important thing you need to check after writing long report. For example,
"Hang Him Not Kill Him"

"Woman without her man is nothing"

"Shooting leaves one wounded"

The statements above are given as an example of not putting it in such a way, punctuation is not used. Some of it does make sense but it depends wad statement is being made. When you insert punctuation such as coma, or colon like this,

"Hang Him, Not Kill Him" vs "Hang Him Not, Kill Him"

"Woman: Without her, man is nothing"

"Shooting leaves, one wounded"

The above statement are used with punctuation. Crazy Isn't it. I can imagine last time I did lots of mistake in my statement because of punctuation as well. Anyhow, punctuation is categorized in the proofreading section. Proofreading is a method where we actually spend the 25% of our time putting everything together, read and check through our report writing. It starts from revise, followed by produce and proofreading.

One thing that's new to me. Do you know about "Flesch Reading Ease"? It's a function in Microsoft words that will tell us how difficult the journal, news, paragraph or other reading journal is by the rules below.

0 - 30 for University Student

60 - 70 for 13 - 15 years old

90 - 100 for 11 Year old

121 is for highest possible score

It means that if the paragraph is rated 30, the person must be someone who writes journal or thesis or an article which is hard to understand. The paragraph is easier to understand when the ranking number above goes higher. An example would be Reader's Digest rank 65 while Time Magazine ranked 52. Let me show you if you still don't understand. I'm using Words 2007. Activate it in word Options on your word button, and choose Proofing tab. Check the show readability statistic (as shown in the picture below).

Go to Review tab and go to check for Spelling and Grammar. Click on it and ignore all the dictionary words until it shows something like this.

If you click on the picture above it will show you the Flesch-Kincaid Grade Level which is 15.4. Pretty hard to understand the whole article. Interesting function.

That's pretty much gonna save time for me to survey my article for readability.

Cheerz~~

p/s: Still coughing because I was caught red handed eating durian. YIKS!!!!!!!!
